Think prosciutto with a Germanic twist. Lightly smoked over beechwood and dried in the fresh mountain air. Thinly sliced and carefully seasoned with black pepper, juniper, allspice, and a hint of garlic.

 

Add it to your charcuterie board alongside a German mountain cheese like Walliser or Battlematt. Great with dark, crusty bread and a dollop of horseradish. Pairs well with a glass of sparkling rosé or a cold, crisp pilsner
